Pre-Construction Tips: When Your Having Roofing Services or Repairs on Your Home or Business
Be prepared for the noise! You may want to plan a day away from the house while the construction is in progress.
Remove all loose items from the wall shelves, such as pictures, figurines, and other breakable items.
Remove all items around the exterior of your home where debris or bundles of shingles might fall. This includes patio furniture, potted plants, grills, etc.
We may need to use power tools, so please be preparied to provide an outlet for our use.
Please move all vehicles, bikes, boats, etc. away from the house and garage while the construction is in progress.
We will need access to your driveway in order to unload shingles and supplies, and also during the clean-up process.
Nails and other metal debris will be picked up with a magnetic roller. We will make every effort to remove as much as possible. Please be advised that a few nails may be left behind.
PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AND PETS AWAY FROM THE CONSTRUCTION AREA.
